Saving Money by Being Cheap

When I came across the Stockbridge apartments for rent, I knew that I had finally found exactly what I had been looking for. It’s not easy trying to find the perfect apartment – you can look for weeks and even months without finding something that is going to suit your needs. There always seems to be something that is missing: the rent might be too high, it might be too far from campus or it might not even allow pets! For me, I need it close to campus, to allow my most awesome of feline companions Mr.Stockbridge apartments for rent Whiskers and I need it to be cheap!

Thatt’s why the Stockbridge apartments were exactly what I needed from an apartment. As someone who doesn’t have a car, being able to find a place that is near everything that I need it to be as while as a place that sits on the bus line is going to be incredibly important. I try to live a life that is as frugal as possible: some might call it cheap. They would be right! I am very cheap but I don’t have any shame about that fact at all. I want to be able to retire as early as I can.

This means, of course, that I need a place that is not going to charge me an arm and a leg for rent. I need to be able to live here comfortably without a car. I am lucky enough to be able to work without the need of a car as the majority of said work is done from the comfort of my own home. And yet, being able to mitigate how much money goes into transportation has done a lot for my budget: in a year I’ve saved nearly $10,000 alone by not having a car.
